Items will be produced on request and will be shipped within 4-14 days from the day of your purchase.

Please note that additional customs or import duties may apply upon entry into the country of destination over which I am unaware, which you will be responsible to pay for. I cannot refund lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, reach out via mail@meikemickisch.com beforehand.

Returns and exchanges are accepted upon 14 days after you received the purchased item. Used, altered or damaged returns won’t be accepted. To return an unwanted item for a refund, please contact mail@meikemickisch.com.

Exchanges can be made only within Europe. Send back the product unworn, brand new, in its original packaging with tags, along with your name, order number, email address.

Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to use a trusted courier service to insure your package arrives to us safely, as the product is under your responsibility until it reaches us.

Once your return is received and inspected (normally processed within 7 days), we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund. Credit for refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
